Our Story Continues...

    Frits Praat has been farming and cultivating plant-life in the Fraser Valley for over 27 years. He expanded his cultivating journey by growing culinary and herbal-superfoods when Laura joined the family in 2010. Shortly thereafter, they together developed the Bloomz & Herbz U-Pick Farm and the first 'Open Farm Flower Show--TulipMania' here in the BC Valley.

    Laura has a vast knowledge of plant-based food and its Superfood wisdom. She has been a creative force in our city-- bringing organic whole foods and herbs to our tables when she created the menu and the creative culinary venue for Urban Sprout Café-- formerly in downtown Chilliwack. Although the Urban Spout shut its doors in October of 2016. Laura went on to develop yet another great idea to support her community's wellness, by expanding the Urban Sprout concept on a 1.5-acre piece of land on our local flower farm.

    We look forward to you coming and sipping some infused herbal tea and/or eating a gourmet popsicle, walking our floral and herbal garden pathways with us!

The Herb & Flower Farm is located in Rosedale, BC,--14 minutes away from central downtown Chilliwack and from Harrison Hot Springs and 8 minutes from Agassiz.

Our super herbal infused raw honey is made from the same bees that pollinate our herbal gardens.
